We moved in to our unit in October and we are very happy here. Our unit was clean and the few very minor issues were fixed within 48 hours. Any time we have needed maintenance they have arrived in less than 15 minutes. Our neighbors are friendly and very diverse. The units are so quiet that I didn't know our next-door-neighbor plays the drums until he told me! We had a neighbor leaving trash in the hall and the staff resolved the issue immediately.
The staff is very professional and always take the time to ask how everything is in our building and our unit. They also ask about our kids and how things are going personally. In my experience, apartment staff rarely ask these things AFTER you sign the lease. The manager Christy is always available and happy to take the time to see us. Millie is also super friendly. I feel that our staff is really here for us and they are genuinely service oriented. Since finding this wonderful community my husband and I are no longer in such a hurry to buy a home.
