The management is poor, seldom coming through on any spoken promises. We have had shootings, break-in's and they have a low-rent government program that has opened the door to foul-mouthed kids roaming the grounds smoking pot and using the 'F' word like it was nothing. The location is GREAT! The maintenance team does a fair job, but overall, I could not recommend this complex to anyone. In fact, run far ... run very far away and talk to people who live where you want to move to BEFORE you ever sign a lease. In fact, spend an evening walking the grounds and see what goes on and the kind of people who live there.
