we have lived at the grand reserve at maitland park for 2 years now. we would not recommend this apartments to anyone. First the management ( sharon bennett) is the nastiest person I have ever came across.They only care about your apartment when the rent is due. getting anything fixed around here is crazy you might as well do it yourself. The landscape is terrible and the pools and hot tub are always dirty. for the 1100.00 I pay for rent I want a better place to live. If i wanted to live like this I would just pick up the nearest box, it might be a better place. The Grand Reserve at maitland park is NOT worth the money we pay. BUY A HOME, before you rent here.
