I have read all of the comments below and agree with both sides. Unfortunately, it depends on which side you get an apartment. If you chose the side near the office, the area is a lot cleaner and there are fewer lower income people. We have lived there for over a year and eventhough the management needs a few classes on how to treat its resident. We have some really good neighbors. I agree that it is not the safest securing place in orlando, but at least they have night time patrol.

Actually, the night patrols have stopped since the last posting, and people's cars keep getting broken into. At night the noise is so bad, it makes my old college dorm resemble a nursing home. On top of that the frequent domestic disputes and parking lot fights make jail brawls seem like Kindergarten play time. The staff? What staff? The office is never willing to listen to residents' problems. Furthermore, they're never at the office when you need them. Customer service is non-existent, and you have to pull teeth if you want to get anything done. They let all the calls go to the answering service and then they conveniently "lose" the messages...When and if they actually listen, they make light of everything and act as if you're the one with the problems. TRUST ME don't move in unless you absolutely have to.
