worse apartment that I've EVER lived in. The community is full of "section 8" residents (meaning that there are income restrictions), while others have to pay the full rent price (like me). I lived by the playground and there were teenage hoodlums hanging out there at all hours of the day. My neighbors (more than just one) would bbq in the hallways, talk about ghetto! Also, the master shower looks like it came from a motel, not even a real tub (plastic material) and the shower made a whistling noise while the water was running (bad plumbing') The apartment itself smelled like cigarette smoke from the chain smoker who lived there before me. The complex didn't want to do anything about it, saying that they didn't smell anything went entering the apartment. I knew that it was the carpet, but the manager of the complex (Rob Peizon) didn't think it needed changing. Personally, I'm a pretty laid back tenant. You'd never see me complain about anything unless it's a major inconvienience, however I should seriously advise everyone to stay away! Try somewhere else, like "The Arbors" across the street.
