The Grand Reserve used to be a nice place to live. It's seems as though now they rent out to whomever can afford to pay the rent. Maintenance is short staffed. Some months ago, some upstairs tenants toilet overflowed down into my apartments. Maintenance went in and put humidifiers in the room and propped my mattress up with buckets. The roof is still brown. Two weeks ago my door was kicked in by neighbors while I was home.I had already moved from another apartment because of neighbors to only be moves next to worse. There is no security whatsoever - no gates, no officer nothing. Tenants smoke marijuana like cigarettes right outside your door. I'm outta there!!!!
