If you like to live in an unsafe, income adjusted neighborhood, this place is for you.

Cheap fixtures, scratched kitchen surfaces, damaged vinyl flooring, previously painted walls spray-painted as a cover-up, bedroom doors that don't close properly, paper-thin walls... the list goes on.

Don't bother calling maintenance, they won't show up. If you had a package delivered to the front office, don't expect to hear about it until the day before they throw it out. Imagine our surprise when we found out that a month old, rotted, bouquet of flowers had been waiting for us without our knowledge.

Oh, and good luck finding a decent parking spot near your unit.

Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews here, they aren't exagerating. We still have two long months on our lease, and can't wait to move.
