I moved here from Boston January 8th 2007. What was I thinking! When I first came to look at a model apartment it was nice, mind you it was the side with the club house. When I came in to fill out paperwork, I asked to see the apartment before I signed anything. I was suposse to have a view of the pond. There was no view. So I asked for another apartment. They put me across the street in the section 8 (low income housing) side. There has been nothing but problems every since. I had to wait 2 hours for the paper work to be re done. I get into the apartment and no one ever came to clean. There was 2 inches of dust on the landings above the kitchen and dinning room area. There was a screen missing in the master bedroom. All the cabinets were basically rotted and scratched up. The AC free on needed to be replaced, that took a week. The toilet had a water leak. The washer and dryer we are renting are in the worst condition I have ever seen. They smelled and they were both dirty when we got them. There is nothing but "HOODLUMS" roaming around here at night. For the amount of money I am paying each month to live here I expected something a little better then the ghetto! I have been looking in the area for a new place to live but I can just imagine the hell I am going to go through from this place before I can leave because I have only been here 3 months and my lease term is 12 months. There is no way I am staying here that long.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Its a ---- hole. The maintance is awful. Every time you call to put a work order in, they have no idea why someone didn't come or they never put the work order in; in the first place. Parking here at night is a joke!!! There are never any spots. I HATE it here!!!! I need to get out!
