My husband and I moved to Orlando from Georgia. From day one we felt extremely comfortable with the staff at the Grand Reserves. After thorough research online we came across The Grand Reserves. Although we were a little skeptic considering we did most of our transactions via fax, mail, and over the phone without physically looking at the apartment before moving to Orlando it turned out to be one of the best decisions we've ever made. The staff is outstanding and the apartments are spacious and extremely nice. The surrounding area isn't bad either! Simply stated, I would recommend this to anyone!!! In addition when I read some of these negative comments I can't help but think that maybe someone is writing in reference to another apartment in another area because the place I lived was fantastic and couldn't be the Grand Reserves at Maitland.
Some of those negative comments seem to be just someone who has too much time on their hands with nothing better to do but attempt to sabotage this establishments reputation. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
