I just moved to the Grand Reserve in November 2007. The office staff was great in helping me find an apartment that would suit both me and my pet. Management/Leasing Office staff respond quickly and I have never had any problems with maintenance requests. The few I have had have been minor (typical move in stuff) and the request was fufilled within 24 hours. The grounds here are kept spotless and I feel very safe - even late at night. This community is rather quiet...the neighbors are pleasant, but they do keep to themselves. I have yet to experience any noise problems such as loud music or loitering in the breezeways.
The office staff knows me by name and I feel as if I have an extended family here at the Grand Reserve!
