I've had a good experience in my 2 years here at Grand Reserve. The maintenance requests are attended to timely and it seems like they do a fresh paint/cleaning of the outside grounds (right outside the apt doors). The solariums are good extra space and the in-house laundry room is very spacious. Since I'm on the third floor, I do hear squirrels in the morning. It used to freak me out but now I'm used to it.
