VISTA VERDE SUCKS! Got a letter in the Mail " We are raising your rent $20 for trash pick up" we currently pay the utility company $10 but now we they would like us to bend the ---- over and take it up the ass for another $20! Of course when i rented i signed something that said they could violate me at any time and i was A OK WITH IT! I AM SOOOOO OVER IT! There is an girl in the office ... danielle or something, can I just say the WORLDS BIGGEST ----- EVER! I am sorry i am not your type but i deserve to be treated fairly! I rent just like everyone else .... that dumb ----- actually tried to make me pay more for rent...! My friend went by and looked at an apartment and she offered him one rate, i went by later the same day and she apparently didn't like me so i didn't get all the " new move in" discounts my friend did! I ended up having to go in with him so that she wouldn't overcharge me!!!! and now I get a letter saying we are doubling you trash pick up because we can! haha! i ------- HATE THEM! The place it self not to bad, as far as renting goes but when the office staff get there kicks out of others misery ... i am actually ashamed to say that i help them stay employed by renting!

Your whole beef is about "rent" going up $20, right? Well, I don't know if anyone has ever told you this before but, uh, rent goes up periodically (lol). Also, there is nothing in the lease agreement that I can find that states they have the right to "violate" any tenant at any time. What are you talking about? And rent or fees don't go up just because the management feels like it or gets their "kicks" out of doing so. Rent will eventually go up for many reasons. Insurance rate hikes, property tax increases, expenses of everything from landscaping (which is well maintained here) to valet trash pick up costs and so many other variables. If these things go up enough, tenants will have to compensate for it by paying more rent. Just be glad it's just $20 bucks. If you're that pissed about it, break your lease and find another place to live for less. And no, I don't work for Vista Verde.
