KEYWORDS-DON'T, RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived out my full year at this place and I would not recommend it to anyone. The turnaround time for maintenance issues is just plain horrible and it sucks. I have encountered mold in my bathroom that is green and black (which I told the management about and they did nothing)now which I have to maintain on a weekly basis with the help of Clorex Bleach (I ought to buy stock in it now), as well as the shoddy workmanship of the crew that does not come out until they feel like it. The management staff is not responsive and you have to call them more than once to get things done. And on top of that, they have the nerve to act like we are bothering them. It took them over two weeks to fix the AC (which by the way needs to be replaced) and it had soaked through our carpet. Thank God our lease is up and we will not be renewing it. Being transfers from out of state, we took the apartment without actually seeing it based on the website address. We thought it look pretty decent. Actual square footage is less than 600 square feet (extremely small).
