I've lived at Grove Park for the past two years.
As the previous reviewer mentioned, the service provided my management and maintenance leaves MUCH to be desired. They are extremely rude and discriminatory. Maintenance takes weeks to resolve any problem... the apartments are old, walls are yellowed, bathtubs painted over, carpets stained. Worse, they have yet to repair the roof from last year's hurricanes. It's now mid-April... not much time before next hurricane season begins again.
The walls are so paper thin that I can hear whole conversions occuring outside my apartment with all the doors and windows closed. When it rains heavily, water seeps in. This is truly a dump! I can't wait for my lease to expire!
Yes, the apartments are cheap and centrally located. However you get what you paid for.
My advise: RUN.... keep going! Don't bother with Grove Park Apartments!
