I don't see what all the fuss is about, I have lived here for several years. The staff is friendly (overly sometimes) and the maintenance men seem very competent. The buildings are over 40 years old, I don't know what people complain about; this is not the Greenbrier Hotel here. I love the landscaping and the sparkling pools and the residents are all friendly. I continue to renew my lease for the simple fact - where else can you get so much for your money'
