I am a current resident at this complex and I have tried over and over to reach the Management. They do specify that they are open 3 days a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 - 3:00. I work 8-5 and am never able to get in the office to put money on my laundry card or pick up a clean air filter. They are never in the office when they say that are. I agree with the previous post. I need to talk to her about my rent but their way of communication is to put an Eviction notice on my door. I didn't call EPD or Code Enforcement when the pool at my back door was rust red from neglect! I would expect that if I can leave a message on your machine you would have the professional respect to call ME back! I have lived here for over 6 years.
