I lived there for 5 years. Most of the people that live there are nice. Manager will hit on you constantly. Money is spent on paiting and then re-painting items that really don't need to be painted like the cement guards between the road and the grass. They were painted at least 2 times every 6 mths. The pool has been closed several times by the Health Department because the Mananger does not feel like putting the proper chemicals in it. The landry facilities are horrible! Holidays are the worst because the non-english speaking neighbors all play their music as loud as they can until 11pm or later. The "security guard" doesn't speak english. There is a MAJOR ROACH INFESTATION. The last year I lived there, I NEVER saw a pest control person in the apartments. I never received a notice that someone had been in my apartment. The managment only sprays the outside of the building for bugs. Parking can be a problem depending on how many people living in your building drives a taxi for a living. The rule is suppose to be 2 cars per apt but it is frequently forgotten for some residents. I stayed for soo long because the rent was cheap and considering the area, it was safe. Also in 5 years, management never offered to re-paint the apt or clean the carpet. I had to buy my own white paint and pay for the carpets to be cleaned. Possible electrical problem. My heat kept going off. Was told by electrician that I would burn down apt if I turned on stove before he returned with part. Scary!
