I'm a neighbor and I don't think Hampton court is a bad place,I think the manager kept the place in very nice condition.About music I never heard loud music and on holidays of course we are happy people and I don't see what's wrong of listening of some music.If the manager paints the place and keeps the areas clean that is a good thing.Anything else I dont know because I don't lived in the property.
