Unless you speak Spanish, don't live here. Kids smoking weed in the stairways. Streetlights out. No security what so ever. Both my cars were broken in to, TWICE in two years.
Repairs are never made unless you call 5 times. Roach infestation without any corrections made by pest control.
Don't be fooled, there are NO apartments with laundry connections. You MUST use their laundry cards (in their laundry rooms) which are refillable but don't give your money back when you leave. $1.50 wash. $1.30 dry.
$700 Security deposit withheld for "cleaning" after we cleaned for 4 hours after move out, "trash removal" (a couple empty boxes and some paper) and painting which we were assured wouldn't be charged as it is covered by normal wear and tear if no damage made to walls.
I'm a paramedic and Navy vet. I take care of my stuff and where I live. I've never been treated so badly by any landlord before. Living in military barracks was easier than living here for 2 years.

Wow that really surprises me because I live at Harbor Beach (only since new owners came in since May) and I love my unit...great price and they gave me a free month. I see more maint guys than I ever saw in my three years at my last property. I have only called the courtesy sheriff on call once due to a loud radio at the pool, but the sheriff came out asap...maybe they did not have that when you lived here. Much better now...I love it..of course I live on the lakeside and it is beautiful.
