I have lived here now for about 3 years and have to say I like it very much. I have gotten to know my neighbors very well and I feel like we all get along very nicely. Maintenance is always on top of things. If it is not fixed the same day it is usually fixed no later than the next day. The office staff in nice and always smiling. I would recommend anyone to give Hawthorne Groves a try.
