Great Place to Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I've been here for a few months and so far it's been great. No issues, most importantly no regrets. I did have a bit of a bug problem when I first moved in but I think it s due to the previous neighbors NEVER requesting pest control. As soon as they started spraying, its been fine. The aptartment was very clean, well presented- you definitely get your money's worth here. Washer dryer in apt is a plus, Lots of closet space especially on the first floor (you get an extra closet under the neighbor's stairs), huge bathroom. Community is pretty quiet especially at the back- construction on 408 or Good Homes Rd doesn't bother me, I could barely hear it. Overall it's a great place to live- one of the very few in Orlando with good reviews. I hope this review helps you!
