The management is very fake, they are very sweet when you are on the phone. But god forbid you need something fixed, they will agree to fix it and take days to actually fix it. They do not offer walk throughs when you leave and then you get bogus charges 2 months later. I have rented for 6 years and always received my deposits back. Also the buildings are falling apart, they have cracks (inside/outside) and mildew problems. When you tell them about the mildew, they do nothing. Also due to last years hurricane, some of the buildings were destroyed and the tenants complained on the water dammage and the mildew. The apartment never fixed it, cleaned it or moved the tenants. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the people upstairs and down. Also if you are by University, you can hear everything. It is bug free and they usually change the carpet before you move in. But they are very slick about the pettiest charges. They are out to get that little extra money and god forbid you need something, they just agree and you never receive.
