I lived at Heather Glen for the location. Close to UCF. They are older apartments, so things aren't always 100% and the construction ain't the greatest. I do have to agree with the other ones in that the plumbing isn't the best. My shower doesn't drain properly. But whatever. I'm not a princess and the pea. The only other problem is that walls are a bit thin. Not good if you have loud neighbors.

I have had to put in several matienance request. But everyone was done either by the end of that day or the next day. The maintance guys are great and friendly. When the screen door came off, I bypassed management and just asked one of the guys to fix it.

The best thing is that I've never had to deal with parking. Always can park right by your apartment. So I have always felt safe.

Basically is an affordable complex down the street from UCF.
