I had no problems the entire 2 years that I lived there. The grounds were nice, the staff was great and had no bug problems. The bug guy came once a month and treated my apartment whenever I requested. I had no parking problems. Only bad thing was my boyfriends car got broken into and they stole all his tools and other stuff. I have heard of worse things happening and that can happen parked at the mall. Managment was great.
