First off, I usually don't read these reviews, I like to find out information myself and truthfuly haven't read any of these reviews. I wish I did. My buddy and I recently applied for this place. Denied wasn't a big deal. It was getting our deposit back which was refundable if your application was denied that was the problem. Do not use money orders! The representative filled in the checks, and after the application didn't go through he basically told us we were out of $250 because the checks were made out to them. Numerous times we were informed by them that the money was attainable at the local gas station which was false. The manager of the complex was also not helpful. She claimed to have called a place where we could cash it and after driving an hour, waiting for 45 min. and no employee remembering any call, the teller told us that was not true. It took many more minutes, applying for some cash checking form, and the manager involved for us to get our money....oh after a $12.50 fee. DON'T NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE...WE DIDN'T EVEN GET THAT FAR AND LOOK AT THE MESS! Sorry for the novel.
