They keep the front row apts looking straight, but back where we are you can see how things are REALLY kept.


A general lack of enforcement of any kind exists here. It's "A haven of heathen"

-GARBAGE AND DOG POOP EVERYWHERE. Beer cans, broken bottles, plastic wrappers etc, strewn everywhere. Flocks of vultures and crows perch on the rooftops, leaving their droppings. In case you didnt know, THESE ARE BIRDS OF DOOM. They roost where filth and rot resides. I wish I was kidding but I have to live here.

-FREQUENT In-and-out car traffic my wife and I believe are ongoing drug deals. Judging by the amount of partying that occurs throughout the week, the complex is a den of crime.

-NAILS punctured the left rear tires of BOTH my vehicles. Suspicious.

-CHAIR AND TOOLS STOLEN from our porch, in separate incidents.

-LOUD riceball cars, loud rice rocket motorcycles and bass-boomers ruin the peace every single day. Loud drunks, and partiers who urinate anywhere they please. Not even the police do anything, they're not up the task of the babysitting. There is little consideration of peace of mind here.

-LEASES ARE LOADED. They give a "discount" on rent, but there's a real catch. If you try to early terminate, they'll charge you the discounted amount per month from the ENTIRE term of the lease, ON TOP OF A MONTH AND HALF OF RENT. It added up to $2000, trapping us here.

-3 dogs ran loose day and night. When they snapped at my 4-year-old niece we could take no more. We complained, and the dogs "owner" moved away.

-1st second floor tenant had an UNDECLARED dog. It yapped and whined at all hours(probably was locked away). We complained, and the management played dumb. My then pregnant wife and I lost sleep for months. Finally the tenant was evicted for non-payment of rent. HE THREW HIS FURNITURE OFF THE BALCONY. As pieces of broken wood are hitting our windows we called the police, AN OFFICER CAME. The tenant ask the officer "WHY CAN'T I BREAK MY OWN STUFF!" He and his hell-hound were gone.

-2nd second floor tenants are savages. Within a month of moving in, VOMIT SPLATTERED DOWN ON OUR PORCH FROM THE 2nd FLOOR BALCONY. It was puke from one of the drunken tenants. It scared my wife who was nursing my daughter in the living room. I was forced to go outside and embarass myself by threatening a police call, over vomit!

-2nd Upstairs tenants. An EXPLODED TOILET rained down toilet water into our bedroom, forcing me to come home from work and move out belongings out. Management sent staff to come and idly LOOK, while water dripped for hours. The apartment manager came to survey and rudely CALLED US SLOBS because of the clutter from emptying a whole bedroom into the living room!

-EXPLODED TOILET water repair fiasco. They sent a staff moron with SPRAY PAINT to only cover the blue water stains on the celing, I HAVE A SIX -MONTH-OLD BABY, "NO PAINT FUMES AROUND MY BABY" I nastily told the manager. You could see evidence in the ceiling water had come down before.

EXPLODED WATER HEATER LINE in ceiling,water rained down into a light fixture globe. At 2 am staff actually came, cut holes in the celing, and stopped the leak. THEY LEFT THE HOLES FOR NEARLY TWO WEEKS, while we sneezed from the dust and mess THEY NEVER CLEANED UP.
