Trash dumpsters are overflowing with filth. I've taken trash to the dumpster after dark only to find hundreds of cockroaches crawling about my feet as I walked up the steps to the dumpster. I'm sure it's a permanent infestation of mice and rats. Ferrel cats live there. As well as flocks of ugly, big black birds like vultures.
