This place is awful! They give you a flyer saying they will be doing inspections like anytime the next week. That's fine. If you're in the shower and ask them to come back in a few minutes they say absolutely not. They say maintenance as a heads up WHILE THEY ARE TURNING THE KEY IN YOUR LOCK! Are you kidding me'''
If they are that bold while I am here...who the heck knows what happens when I am not'
Oh, and their "annual" inspections are really at least 4-5 times a year.
Don't live in a place where they make you feel like their pets!

I don't like living here, but when they come to my door they knock 2-3 times while yelling "Maintenance". And yes, if I do not reach the door in time, they do stick the key in and start unlocking the door to come in. I don't understand what thier little inspections are all about, we just had one last month, told the inspector about everything that was wrong, and she marked it down on her clip board and said no worries, they will come and fix all this soon as possible. Well nobody has come yet to even do a darn thing here. What is the freakin purpose of thier damn inspections! |
