This place really does suck. It's not the nieghbors, they're fine. It's management. Nothing is done. Broken sprinklers turn the grassy areas in front of buildings into mud puddles, never to be fixed. Improper drainage in hallways leads to near flooding of first floor apartments. Good luck getting out of the building when it's raining because the sidewalks are sunken in and water deep water covers them.

The dumpsters is the worst part. There's frequently furniture, trashbags, cats, and stink surrounding it. It's depressing to turn into your complex and see a literal TON of trash outside of the overflowing dumpster.

The office staff does nothing. It took me weeks to get my application finished because they kept adding on things that needed to be filled out. The leasing manager is rude and unhelpful, not to mention unavailable.

It's really a crappy place to live, and I just made the mistake of renewing my lease :(

I agree with these people. This place is not a great place to live. There was a leak above us, which caused mold to grow. What did they do? They painted over it!! What a joke. They are out to get your money and not help you out. Don't bother to move in. You call for a maintence repair and they will come out a week or so later. Good luck dealing with this place!!Beware, if you have mold, they spray paint over it.The sewage sucks. Your plumbing is always messed up.
