Let me tell you...when we first saw the apartment, the model they showed us was layed out!! Fire place,surround sound t.v, beautiful bathroom, and great rooms for a person getting their first apartment. They let us have a 2bd/1bth for $725(pretty good). When time wound down(2 weeks 'til move in) we came to check out "our" apartment(we stayed 2 hrs away by the way) they told us that the people that were supposed to have moved out renewed their lease a month prior!Never bothered to call us and let us know. While disputing they told us that if we chose another apartment it would be $25 extra because all they had were apartments with a veiw of the pond(nasty as f*** if I may add)or we could have an apartment that was $75 extra because it had new carpet,new fridge,new dishwasher....everything a "good" apartment has! We took it(like dummies). We moved in and it was nice, but there were roaches in cabinets, a big crack in the bathroom mirror, a missing bathroom door, and a missing kitchen drawr(still missing after 3 complaints).Now after the 3 months of hell we have a busted pipe(that I had to figure out b-cuz they're too lazy to work)in the middle of the hallway. Now mind you I told them I have a 1 yr old daughter, and it may be hazardous to her. After 6 days of waiting and complaining someone came and just looked at it and told me it was a busted pipe(duh!!) and he'll have someone come out tomarrow.TOMARROW'''''' dayum!!! Low and behold some one came to fix the problem the next day...but wait, it's a carpet cleaner guy...not a plummer!! The guy cleans the carpet says he'll be right back and never came back! Oh yeah he left a big ass dryer in the middle of the floor with my carpet folded back

obviously idiot. its to extract water from your carpet so you dont have a mold issue.

Well Obviously *sunstar620* u dont live here!!! Now tell me how u would feel if a big ass dryer was left in your house with no one telling you how long or what it's doin there!! Get a life, hopefully not at heather glen. You're probably one of the dumb ones that love your rinky dink heather glen apartment lol

You know, there is such a thing as a rental hold, where you can legally hold your rent to heather glen until they fix everything.
