I am the Property Manager for Heather Glen Apartments. I want to start of by apologizing for the acts of the previous management company and for any actions of the new management if your concerns are because of things that have happened since October 2006. I can personally speak on the behalf of any actions here at Heather Glen since February 2007 (my start time) and I will do whatever it takes personally as the Property Manager to assure your stay here at Heather Glen is enjoyable and that your concerns are taken care of in a timely manner. We are only getting better, come stop by the office and ask to see any vacant apartment home that we can make yours that very day. We have nothing to hide and assure you that your apartment home will be walked numerous times before it is ready for move in. You should see our amazing fitness center, theature room, and newly renovated apartments as a whole. We understand that there were many thousands of dollars in damage to the community but please keep in mind that the purpose of our renovation is to make things better. Give me a break. Here is what she doesn't tell you... At her last job she managed to take a troubled property and make it worse. I doubt that her current company knows since she didn't put that stop (Pegasus Connection) on her resume. If you can catch her in the office ask her home many time she actually worked a full week at that job without taking a day off. Good luck.. renter beware!

That was just an easy way to advertise --------!! Heather Glen's ripping people out of money everyday....The fat guy that used to manage this dump sucks and the leaches that r there sucks! I'm glad I moved into a lovely apartment :) -------s

Property Manager is the pits, I should have heeded all the reviews warning me to stay away. Please do not move into these apartments. Overpriced, loud, no parking, literally a dump, no response on service tickets, and on and on. Leasing Agents are nice though, but that dont mean shyte when you get down to it. TAKE MY WORD, DO NOT SIGN.

Hey Guys: It is a very tough job to manage a property as important as Heather Glen. Of course, you will always have unsatisfied individuals for sometimes illegitimate reasons. I am a long time resident of Heather Glen. Cheryl is a great manager responsive to your concerns.

Its not that the place is really that terrible, its that its not worth $1000 a month for the quality of living space that you get. Appliances are quite old (I have a ton of rust inside my fridge) and typical summer electric bill is $250 . After not running the AC for an entire month, electric bill is still $160. A have a friend in an Oviedo apartment that pays about the same rent for a much nicer 3/2 with an electric bill of $150 in summer months. Looking to move once my lease is up.
