I suggest anyone considering these apartments make sure you look and shop around before signing a lease here.If you are a student and just want something close to school there are many closely priced apartments. Even if they are slightly higher I PROMISE you will get your money's worth. I am glad to say that my apartments lease is just about up and I can't wait. I have tolerated many things from this place that I do not have the time or patience to recap but the one thing that really is upsetting is coming home on many occasions and realizing that someone from this staff has been in my apartment. Now their was never a note advising of entry needed prior to or following this. How did I know you ask' Well when I walk in and found items left behind such as...screw driver's, spatula's used to scrap plaster and ladders. Yeah thats right a ladder. Who forgets that'
I will say that in the two occasions that my AC (during the summer) was blowing hot air they were quick to add some freon the next day and it was good. The problem with the situation was short lapse of time between the two.
The remodeling of this community is all an illusion. Nothing beneficial for the residents who pay to live here have come from it. Nothing but inconveniences...
My final suggestions to anyone who might find this to be their only option is to keep notes and records of EVERYTHING...from pictures of your apartment when moving in even of something you might find to be minor to documenting any empty promises they send your way.
