Great place, but getting too expensive

I've live here for one leasing period (12 months) and it's a great complex, the maintenance is really nice and helps out as much as they can. From what i was told they put 4 mill into renovating the complex, painting, putting up new balcony fences, new carpets and appliances in all the apartments and such. I believe they must be under new management because this place has been going under A LOT of changes. The only reason I moved out was because they raised the rent.

I just moved in and its really nice. My place has nice carpet and the kitchen is nice and big. I love the pond, the waterfall is lighted at night and is really relaxing to be able to see from my livingroom window! I would definetly recommend this to my friends.-I wish they had a 3x2!
