I've been here for two years. For my first year I lived in a 2/2 with a roommate, carpet's were gross, roaches from day 1, and they don't adequately paint after people move in, they just spray EVERYTHING(making it almost impossible for my cable guy to unscrew the outlet b/c it was so covered with paint). They kept my deposit because of a stain in the carpet that was there from before we moved in. My air conditioner broke all the time, and the people didn't seem to give a rats behind about it.
Now i'm in a 1/1. From the moment I moved in here I've had problems. I had to complain 3 times before they came and cleaned my carpets. Not only were my carpets dirty, but the entire apartment REEKED of cigarette smoke. The carpets were cleaned twice now, and i still smell that odor. I had to put roach traps everywhere because of the roaches. My bathroom sink has paint all over it and the nozzles are almost falling off. The same with the tub(which i feel like i can't take a bath in because it'll fall down). Maint does alot of golf cart driving. I got a $25 fine for leaving my garbage outside my door while i was cleaning my apt. I can hear the people upstairs walking around and always know when they use the bathroom. The people downstairs have gotten in 3 fights out in the lawn by the parking lot, they're constantly fighting and screaming curse words at 3AM. It's definitely not a place for Children. I won't take my trash out after dusk because I have to walk to the dumpster where theres no light, only trees surrounding it and roaches running around the stairs up to the dumpster. I would not recommend this play. on top of everything else, they are now raising my rent by $150. I'm moving out ASAP.
