I think Heritage Estates is a nice place to live. The walls are a little thin, so I can hear the neighbors a lot, but that could also have to do with the neighbors... It's beautifully landscaped, the pool and gym are nice and it's really near the Waterford Towncentre.

wow, i lived in that building when they first opened!i lived in the loft apt at the opposite end of the building,The lofts are the most quiet,The electric bills are way too high.Mine ran around 200 plus in july thur mid oct,YEs it is quiet.IF you do not have a CAR.It impossible to get anywhere.Bus does not run by there.You can walk up to the corner to the new marketplace , or ride ur bike the 4 miles to waterfordakes mall.Your out of luck if your car breaks down living here...Unless you can afford the cab .The walls are not well insulated.I would rent here again.I would not buy.Not made well.They threw those up with ply wood and stucco.Too close to that middle school where they found all those bombs the army left behind.I saw someone trying to rent a one bedroom here in the newspaper for close to 950/month.I was shocked when i saw that.When they where reguarly rentals not condos.One bedrooms never rented for that much.No way would i EVER pay that much for a one bedroom in this community.Parking was always difficult.

If you are living in apartments as expensive as these why would you not have a car and why then would your car break down?(it would have to be pretty crappy car, which begs the question of whether you could afford to live in heritage). Doesn't make any sense. I can't afford this place and I have a car and I'm pretty sure its not going to break down soon. I've read some bad reviews and they seem a bit over the top and dramatized for a place as beautiful as this.
I've visited this place and I have to admit that the staff do seem money oriented, but the place does seem quiet. True I have no real say in the whole ordeal considering I've never lived here. I'm just saying... read all the reviews with a grain of salt (even mine, I've never even lived there!), they are writing for a reason.
