There are a total of two people in the rental office to deal with all existing and prospective tenants. They are always "busy" so don't expect any phone calls to the office to be picked up. Ever. As well, one will complain vocally to anyone who will hear it about how all the bratty tenants keep calling her to get her to do her job.

Parking is a joke. They say they will tow cars improperly in assigned spots, but fail to mention that there is an upper limit to the size of vehicle that can be towed. They say also that cars in unassigned parking spaces will be towed after three days, but they lack the staff to patrol any of the lots. There is no communication between staff, and while the person who got us to sign the lease promised many things, none were fulfilled and he has vanished from existence. Maintenance gets by through (about half the time) fidgeting with things without fixing them, and leaving so you can make another maintenance request. Talk about job security. They will also sometimes tell you things aren't broken when they are- up until the point of complete and total failure. If you come here, you should also get a water filter. There is actual crud that comes out with the water from your faucet. Privacy isn't too great either (or security...walking gates are chronically broken and car gates are often left open). Nor are the laundry rooms. Or the floors... or the ceiling....or...... basically, don't expect much from coming here.

I believe this person has the incorrect apartment community...Hidden Cove does not have assigned parking space, walking or car gates, and only 1 laundry room (this person said "rooms" like there is more than 1).
