I have lived at Highland Pointe for a while now and love it. The office staff is great. Shirley is a doll, we love her. She makes you feel like she really cares about everything you say, she's like everyone's Aunt. Maintenance has always taken care of any issues in a timely manner. The office staff have always been very nice and helpful. We love it!!
