Highpoint Club Apartments

No apartment can be perfect, but mine's pretty close. From: katbaggins@yahoo.com Date posted: 2/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I've lived here for about 6 months so far and unless they raise the rent, I'm staying till I graduate. I love this place cause of the mix of people - there's college students (the respectable kind), single 20-somethings, married couples, and a whole bunch of people who don't fit into those categories. My rent is cheap, as a matter of fact it was the second cheapest one bedroom place I looked at, but yet one of the largest in terms of square footage. Pets are no problem, though the deposit and fee is a bit high. The only bad things I can think of... I live near the "forest" (lots of trees that border Rousse rd) and so I think I get a larger amount of insects than other people who live there. No apartment can be perfect, but mine's pretty close. Pretty much anywhere, you'll have road noise at night or annoying neighbors, so you can't plan on getting rid of those things. But for what it is - a conveniently located, relatively cheap, very nice looking apartment complex, it's awesome. Oh - and parking is never a problem!
