Yo!

Could be a Beautiful Place

The upkeep of this property has gone downhill every month I've lived here. The sidewalks are gross, but recently I actually saw they using a power washer for the first time in 8 months, so they do have a power washer.

After the pool and jacuzzi being quite gross with green algae on bottom and sides, jacuzzi not really working and very filty, every since it got nice enough to want to use it, now they have the pool and jacuzzi closed, to guess what...make the deck look better, a better presentation for prospective renters, they don't spend money to fix the filter and pump so they work correctly.

Fitness center was closed previously in my short stay here, and it was closed for close to 3 months, wonder how long the pool and jacuzzi will.

This place is very nice, except for the reluctance to spend money when necessary to fix problems, this is the upper management of Sentinel and the Manager at Highpoint Club. The other ladies in the officep; one being Stephanie; she is so good and nice, and the other is Maria are excellent; even though very protective of the manager she is very professional and kind and helpful, very good.

The manager of this apartment has one thing in mind, and that is to keep the cost/expenditures down no matter how long the residents have to deal with problems so that she can one day she hopes move up within Sentinel or elsewhere in property management. She needs to take a look at how the assistants in her own office do their job.

The shoreline of the lake; which by the way they charge more for if you want to have lake view, is getting so gross. On the west side of the lake it so dirty and has dead trees and limbs hanging over in the water, been that way for 8 months.

There also appears to be a pvc pipe broke over on the same side, been leaking water now for almost a month, the mowers run through it and make a mess of the landscape at least once a week....no bother, that would cost money to fix. Also, news, news...don't spend money for a car wash anymore....just drive into this apartment complex around 11:30 or midnight....there's a sprinkler broken by the main entrance and apt. sign...its sprays up into the air about 30 ft. and gives your car a good washing...its been like this for almost a month now...

There is a big ant problem on this property too. But recently I actually saw some ant killer stuff on the ground, first time I've seen that in almost 8 months, someone must of complained, that is really the only way you can get the manager of this place to spend some money...what a shame, this place could be really nice.

Parking is terrible at this place too, no assigned spaces and knowing this place is close to UCF you can imagine how many visitors nightly are here, but for the residents that pay 800 for a 2-bdrm they can just park somewhere else..

If it wasn't for the Walmart type manager here it would really be nice.
