It was really dirty when I moved in, with stains on the carpet, wall, and bathtub. Despite vigorous scrubbing, none came out. The air conditioner filter doesn't fit the AC, resulting in too much air coming in, and it not being filtered....which can result in mold. The AC has frozen at least 5 times, even though my thermostat doesn't go below 75 and the windows aren't open. I have called each time to get it fixed. The office supposedly sends someone over, but it never gets fixed, so my power bill is at least $150 per month for a one bedroom!
Lastly, I have a bug problem that came about this morning. Ants came in my closet from the ceiling. Not a big deal, but when I called for them to spray and patch up the hole, the office worker told me I would just have to deal with it until the sprayer was scheduled to come. So tonight, I will be sleeping with ants crawling all over and tomorrow, when I get dressed for work, I will have to shake off my clothes outside because that is apparently the way to "deal" with ants.
I'm so glad I'm moving out, and I DO NOT recommend moving to Highpoint. I expect some problems where I live, but what makes me mad is when I pay $840 a month, and I'm told to just deal with it.

Just keep on complaining, they'll get tired and they'll do something, that's how they are..
