I lived there for seven months, and at first, actually wrote a good review for the place. It was okay when I first moved in because it was about half vacant. Now, I am leaving because the last four months have been nothing but gun shots and sirens. A few nights ago the swat team was there because two people assaulted a police officer and then holed up in the apartment building right across from mine. It was cheap, close to downtown, but not very safe for a single female.
