I have been living here for a year now. The neighbors are very loud and rude i agree outside at all hours shooting of fireworks till 4am. Management changed during my stay and its gotten worse to me the security team we were suppost to have I have seen 3 times and once it was them getting on to me cause I was by my car after 10pm on the parking lot finishing my smoke since I just got home from work then after that never saw them again. The washer dyer units are upstais on per four apts in the sections, pool is a nightmare they have changed the furniture out there but there is always rocks in it. Management is a night mare to deal with the maintance guy that I havent seen in a long time was great if I had a problem I told him not the office since the report doesnt seem to ever get put in. Oh and when they changed staffs I dont remeber getting an update on the way they were changing rent orginally income played in now its flat rated across the board those who are below the standard rate are slowly being raised. to meet a 580 for a one bedroom. Oh and they yelled at me because a soda can got infront of the blinds over the back door it was an accident and they were beating down my door asking where the home owner was, and if anyone still lived there. I mean really its annoying if I could afford to move I would today.
