I've been living here since the spring of 2008. Granted there are much nicer places and I was even scared to live here when I read these exact comments a few months back. I was expecting shoot outs, muggings and robberies. If you want ghetto and all that jazz, go to Pine Hills, Huntington on the Green's apartments and around that area.

Now, that I live here, I have to say that mostly everything is all LIES. It's very quiet at night...almost too quiet that it's BORING. But being that I am a city girl myself, I find it relaxing. The fireworks were on til late that night, but my kids enjoyed it and I would rather have that than some boring 4TH of July because I couldn't get to Disney that night.

Maintenance does come when they are supposed to but, at times, it takes a bit longer especially if they have others to tend to. The office staff are so sweet. I haven't had any problems yet and when I do, which are minor and don't consider them real probs., they do HELP.

No, I am not someone that is on the staff. I am just a resident who looks at the glass half full. There are so many other places that I had gone to and I wasn't excepted because of the smallest things like not making $5 more than what I needed to have *rolls eyes*

There are people who play their music. I specifically have a neighbor who plays the drums for a while. But, it doesn't bother me. The area is clean, the pool is big and clean as well and we just had the new company send in alot of workers from the aviation home depo department and we're all gathering together in October for a NEW PLAYGROUND!! We had a big poolparty this weekend with live music and food in this community and my kids had so much fun.

In other words..don't knock it. It's a decent place and they're doing their best to improve it. PLUS, all the stores are of walking distance ;)
