I moved in Island Club last September and wish I never moved in. First, the entire office staff is and was extremely rude and very fake, they make promises when you first apply but once you have moved in, they have no idea what you are talking about. The property manager, OH!! SORRY; Community Manager, as she reminds people every chance she gets needs to be put in an office where she is the only employee. Her attitude is the worst!!!
She was not there that long, I think her attitude came from her co- workers. The old Assistant Manager was rude as well, but she would go out of her way to help you. It got so bad, I would only deal with the Assistant;as well as other residnets I know of. When I found out the Assistant was no longer there, I knew it was time to go.

The grounds are always nasty. The pool area is nasty; always beer bottles.

Oh! there is a good thing about Island Club. If you ever want to have an unattached good time, Nicole is available. She also works in the office.
