If you want maintenance to come and fix something, you had better be psychic and put in a request 3 weeks before it breaks. You also have to harass them about pest control.



You'll also be lucky if you can get a hold of a 'representative'. Yes, the office is suppose to be open 7 days a week, but they closed shop early a lot of the time, or take extended group lunch breaks. If they are there, then you?ll have to wait for someone to attend to you...they?re usually chatting in the back room...one of the above happened each and every time I?ve gone in for business.
