Lousy place to live

Island club is by far one of the worse apartment communities in Orlando. The mangement is rude, they lie and are thieves.
They will take and damage your property for no reason and not fix it. You can't use you patio's or have anything on them as they claim repairs are happening. Trying to reach any higher level management is a joke as they don't return calls. The new managment just raise's rents, makes excuses and lies about issue you raise. Getting any thing fix is a nightmare, you have to wait days for a technician to come an fix it, better off fixing it yourself and eating the cost. Noisy neighbors and poor tenants seem to take over the complex, no one ever seems to work up all hours, young thugs take over the car care area and blast their music. The security is a joke as they can't be reached and don't responed until hours later. Management (Michelle Freeman, and Melissa Dietz are crooks, they lie almost always and won't keep thier word unless it is in writing, but then they won't sign anything.)
