The rents for these apartments are way to high for the condition they are in. Run down building, tennis court needs serious work, pool areas are always filthy. Trash everywhere and managment does nothing to fix it. Much needed repairs besides painting, walkways are falling apart, balconies are rotted and landscaping is almost dead.
