I'm a current resident here and wished i wasn't. The management staff is very poor especially the manager Michelle. She is never around when you stop in and dosen't return calls. The place is pure trash, side walks are falling apart, pools are dirty and closed often, the fitness center needs a good cleaning, landscaping is pretty much dead or dying. There are thugs every where you can't walk or be out late at night as you are harrassed or threatened. The car care area is over run with young men who play loud music. No one respects you or your property not even management, because they are doing so called repairs they take your stuff over you patio under the pretense that if the sent out a notice they have the right. The apartments are run down, only the model is kept up to get you in the door. I have been threatened, my car damaged, my property taken. This place is a nightmare and I can't leave until my lease is up or pay the heavy early termination fee.
