I lived at Island club for over 2 years and had nothing but problems, the problems got worse once Fairfield Properties took over. The office staff is incompetent and lie regularly. They promise things will change but it never happened. The complex just got worse, sidewalks falling apart, balconies are rotting, landscaping is dying, pools are filthy and overrun with problem residents. You don't feel safe walking around even in daylight ad everyone watches you. Seems like the people getting in don't work or have full families moving into the small apartments. Complaining to management doesn't help, they don't follow the leases at all. Melissa Dietz and Michelle Freeman are thieves and liars and dealing with them is just awful. The gates never work, security is never there, and forget getting anything fixed maintenance dosen't have a clue on how to fix anything. Your apartment will get broken into, car vandalized and even get threatened and nothing is done by management. This place is a real DUMP, don't move here unless you like living in a ghetto.
