I was a resident of Island Club for two years. This current management company(Fairfield) came in half way through and I hoped things would approve, but didn't even come close. First you have Michelle and Melissa in the office now who are two of the most incompetent individuals I have ever met. I have caught them in complete lies concerning the lease and the flyers they say they hand out but when I took it over to the office to complain they don;t know anything about it or say and I quote "I didn't mean for the flyer to say that." It's kind of late after you've handed it out, don't you think. I've had mold in the laundry area and under the vents and if you put a call in for maintance you should do it a month ahead of time because thats their turn around time. I've had fire alarms go off 2 in the morning and when someone did answer from the complex I only heard why am I here I have a life too. Well I'm sorry my rent pays your asses salary. I've had the low life residents let their kids bounce on my vehicle and then when you yell at them they try and pick a fight with you. Management will just tell you to call Curtis but that is a joke beacause either no one answeres or you have to try 5 times. The management couldn't be any more useless, they lie and damage your property. Current tenants better take pictures of everthing and get everthing in writing and signed. The two ------- in the office should realize where their paychecks come from and its hard to fill a complex when you piss of all your tenants
